Return Policy

We stand behind every batch we produce. Because e-liquid is a consumable product, we accept returns only if there is a manufacturing defect, damage in transit, or a shipping error on our part.

Return Window

You must report any defect or damage within 7 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking.

Eligibility

  • Product must be unused and in the original bottle or packaging.
  • The safety seal and lot code must be intact (unless damaged in transit).
  • Include order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@avcreations.co with the required details.
  2. After approval, we will email you a prepaid return label and instructions.
  3. Ship the item to:

Packages sent without prior authorization will be refused.

Resolution

  • We will ship a replacement at no cost or
  • Issue store credit equal to the purchase price.

Refunds to the original payment method are granted only if a replacement or credit is not feasible.

Non-Returnable Situations

  • Change-of-mind or flavor preference.
  • Incorrect nicotine strength selected at checkout.
  • Products marked “final sale” or “clearance.”
  • Any item reported more than 7 days after delivery.
