AV Creations Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

We guarantee that every order will leave our facility within two business days of the moment it is placed. Orders received after 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time are treated as next-day orders for processing. When your shipping label is printed you will receive an email that includes full tracking information.

2. Delivery Methods

Local Delivery

For addresses located within a sixty-mile radius of Asheville, North Carolina, your order is delivered by the AV Creations driver team. Most local deliveries arrive the same business day or the next business day after they leave our warehouse. If no one is available to receive the package, a second delivery attempt is made on the following business day at no additional charge.

USPS Shipping

Orders destined for locations outside the sixty-mile local zone ship through the United States Postal Service. We use Priority Mail or Ground Advantage, depending on weight and destination. Transit times follow standard USPS schedules, typically two to four business days. Every parcel includes end-to-end tracking and delivery confirmation.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on package weight, service level, and destination. Any free-shipping promotions or coupons apply to eligible orders without additional steps.

4. Tracking and Notifications

Tracking numbers become active within twelve hours of label creation. You can monitor progress through the link provided in your confirmation email. Updates continue until final delivery is confirmed.

5. Delivery Issues

If a package is delayed beyond the carrier’s posted transit window, please contact us within three business days so we can investigate with the carrier. Damaged or missing items must be reported within seven days of delivery, accompanied by photos when possible. After review we will arrange a prompt replacement or credit.

6. Holiday and Peak Season Advisory

During postal holidays or periods of exceptionally high shipping volume, carriers may extend their standard time in transit. We recommend placing time-sensitive orders early to avoid unexpected delays.
